| Objectives:To study the influence of several amino acid imbalance solutions on hepatocarcinoma inhibition and nutrition status in tumor-bearing mice.Methods: Total gastric-intestinal nutrition solutions had been used for 12 days in Hepatoma22-bearing mice.According to formulas of amino acid composition in nutrition solutions respectively,the hepatoma22-bearing mice were divided into 3 different groups:group A(no Amino acid),B(amino acid balance solution),C(amino acid imbalance solution).Indices of hepatocarcinoma inhibition include tumor volume,tumor weight,tumor weight/carcass body weight,necrotic rate of tumor cell,PCNA and DNA ploidy.Indices of nutrition status include weight lost,transferrin(Trf),prealbumin(PA)and T-cell subgroup.Results:gross tumor volume:A,C group compare with B group,A,C group compare with B group,gross tumor volume obviously diminution,was found significantly difference.(P<0.01);tumor weight:A,C compare with B group,tumor weight was found significantly difference(P<0.01); Tumor weight/carcass body weight:A,C compare with B group,was found significantly difference(P<0.01);PCNA index number:A,C compare with B group, PCNA index number obviously depress,was found significantly difference(P<0.01);。cell life cycle analyses:A,C compare with B group,G/G。stage kyto-percentage all step up,S stage andG+M stage descend(P<0.01)。comprehend above-mentioned related,gross tumor volume,tumor weight,tumor weight/carcass body weight,PCNA index and cell life cycle were found significantly difference(P<0.01)。Every class tumor ccellular necrosis ratio was not found significantly difference(P>0.05);Every class DNA ploidy was not found significantly difference(P>0.05)。Every class nutritional state:1.Weight loss(g):A group compare with B,C group,Weight loss obviously,was found significantly difference(P<0.01);2.Every class serum transferrin,prealbumin,transferrin. Agroup compare with B,C group,was found significantly difference(P<0.01); prealbumin:A group compare with B,C group,was found significantly difference(P<0.01);T-cyte cluster analysis:C group compare with B,CD3,CD4 step up obviously,was found significantly difference(P<0.01)。.Conclusions:Amino acid imbalance solution has inhibition effects on tumor growth,;Amino acid imbalance solution can reserve nutrition status of tumor-bearing mice relatively. |
