The turnoverintention is effected not only by job satisfaction ,but also by nurse's own individualcharacteristic. Conclusion: The relationship between ICU nurses' job satisfaction and their turnoverintention could be (l)high job satisfaction with low turnover intention; (2) low jobsatisfaction with high turnover intention; and (3) low satisfaction with low turnoverintention. From this, we could conclude that the relations between nurses' jobsatisfaction and their turnover intention might solely depend on nurses' individualcharacteristic.
