Objective1.Utilize the high definition color Doppler ultrasound to detect the abdominal aorta elasticity function in different time,to investigate the relation between the blood vessel elasticity function and AS.2.To research the relation between hypercholesterolemia and AS.Methods1.24 male New Zealand rabbits were raised by hypercholesterolemia about 12 weeks.2.At the end of 0,4,8,12 week,utilize the color Doppler ultrasound and BL-410 physiology experiment system to calculate the EÏ,βand AC3.As well as,4ml blood were taken from the vein of ear and blood lipid(cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglyceride were detected).4.Meanwhile 6 rabbits were executed.Abdominal aorta were taken out and observed by electron microscope and light microscope,and compare the pathology consequence with blood vessel elasticity index.Results(1) At the end of 4 weeks and 12 weeks,EÏandβincrease obviously(P<0.01),while During the period of 4-8 weeks,AC reduce significantly(P<0.01)(2) EÏ,βhave better associability with the end membrane thickness(P<0.05).The diversity of AC has not statistically significance(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Hypercholesterolemia is important risk factors of AS.2.There is significant value of the color Doppler in early diagnosis of the arthrosclerosis.It is very helpful for reaching the destination of early diagnosis.3.When the end membrane thickness thickening obviously,measurement error and other factors have an effect on the result,and may adopt other methods to continue observation. 4.The high definition color Doppler ultrasound is convenient,accurate,a traumatic,and easy to spread for evaluating the blood vessel elasticity function. |
