Objective:To investigate changes in contents of human serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and lipid(TC,TG,LDL,VLDL,HDL,ApoA,ApoB100) in coronary heart disease(CHD),coronary heart disease with essential hypertensive disease(EH),CHD complicating diabetic mellitus(DM),CHD with EH and diabetic mellitus(DM).Analysis the relationship of bFGF and lipid among the four indicators.Then evaluate the significance of bFGF and lipid in injury and reparation of blood vessels.Methods:Serum bFGF contents and lipid(TC,TG,LDL,VLDL,HDL,ApoA,ApoB100) of 72 patients who were selected,were determined and compared to those of 18 healthy persons as control group.Among these disease cases,18 cases were merely coronary heart diseases(unstable angina cardio);18 cases were coronary heart diseases complicating essential hypertensive;18 cases were complicating diabetic;The cases at the same time with three disease(CHD,EH,DM)were also 18.Human serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay and serum lipid(TC,TG,LDL,VLDL,HDL,ApoA,ApoB100) levels were measured by common practice examine.Results:①Serum bFGF level in CHD,CHD complicating with EH,CHD complicating DM and three diseases existing cases is obviously higher than in the normal control group(P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant.②In CHD complicating EH or DM, bFGF is obviously higher than CHD group(P<0.05).The difference is also statistically significant.③There is no magnificent difference about the bFGF in CHD complicating EH and CHD complicating DM group(P>0.05),④The serum bFGF level in the three diseases existing group is much higher than in simple CHD group(P<0.05).The statistically difference is obvious;⑤The serum bFGF level in the three diseases existing group isn't obviously higher than in the CHD complicating EH and CHD complicating DM group,(P>0.05).⑥Pearson relation analysis showed that serum bFGF level had significant positive correlation with LDL(r=0.527P<0.05),ApoB100(r=0.389,P<0.05).Conclusion:①bFGF is not only the tumor marker of the injury of blood vessel,but also one of the most important cell growth factors of the recovery of the blood- vessels.It makes a great contribution during the development of the CHD,EH and DM.Especially when the patients who were suffered from CHD complicating either EH or DM at the same time,the effectiveness of the bFGF were furthermore active.②When the CHD complicating EH or CHD complicating DM broke out at the same time,the process of the injury and recovery of blood-vessels had already approached a relative higher level.As the pathogen tic goes by,the moment that the three diseases(CHD\EH\DM) exist at the same time,there is little difference on the process of the injury and recovery blood-vessels between the CHD complicating EH and DM group and CHD complicating either EH or DM.③bFGF level had significant positive correlation with low density apolioprotein and ApoB100 in the cardiovascular injury diseases. Maybe they have the effectiveness of inter-accommodation and interaction,and all of them participate the changes of path physiology in the injury and recovery of the blood-vessels.④Discovery the EH,DM at the earlier moment,have positive and utility methods to control the blood pressure,subdue the blood sugar,make the blood-fat,blood pressure,blood sugar reach the ideal standard.Only these effective means were done,we could could prevent the aggravation of the diseases.Because it is the key point to prevent the exploration of the cardiovascular events.It is the criticality to interrupt the mutilation and the sudden death.
