Mechanism Of Action On The Role Of CASR And Caspase3 In Human Placenta With Acute Atherosclerosis Of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

0bjective: Our study is to investigate the related study on the Role of CASR and caspase3 in acute atherosclerosis of hypertensive disorder Complicating pregnancy.Methods: Choose Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy of patients(23 cases of patients with mild preeclampsia, 20 cases of patients with severe preeclampsia and 24 cases of gestational hypertension)and 30 cases of normal term pregnant women as a control group. Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to investigate the expressio-n of CASR and caspase3 proteins and mRNA in placenta acute atherosclerosis from ges-tational hypertension, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia and control group. HE stai-ning was used in order to observe the patho-changes of the vessels.Results:1. Immunohistochemistry :(1)CASR were expressed in placental langhans cells, troph-onema trephocytes and endotheliocytes. Expression of CASR proteins level in placenta of normal term pregnancy was significantly lower than that in gestational hypertension, mi-ld preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia(p<0.01).There was significantly different CASR proteins level in placenta of gestational hypertension, mild preeclampsia and severe preec-lampsia(q=16.80,p=0.0002;q=39.89,p<0.0001;q=18.91,p<0.0001). (2) Caspase3 was express-ed in placental langhans cells, syneytiotrophoblasts, endotheliocytes and mesenchymocytes.
