Research purpose: At present, the research and precaution of osteoporosis mainly focused on the postmenopausal women and the seniors, while seldom studies how intensive training affect those young college students. The author analyzed the past documents and three data groups of the students in this area, further clarified the affection of intensive training, which will finally give reference to the demonstration that exercise during adolescence can increase female bone mineral density and can help make exercise prescription on how to maintain bone health. What's more, it is also a guide for university students on how to do more scientific exercise to get peak bone mass in order to prevent osteoporosis and also provide more theoretical basis for curing that illness.Research method: The author divided the female students in Shijiazhuang Institute into 3 groups according to their former exercise experience., students in Group 1 and 2 do exercise 3 times a week each times for 2-2.5 hours regularly, in addition, they play basketball which can make their heart rate beats from 150-170 in their spare time, while the control group just attend the normal physical education class, so they do exercise for no more than 1 hour once a week . And then, the author detected the lumbar spine bone mineral density of the students before and after the experiment.Research result: 1.There are significant differences between L2, L3, L4 and L2-4 in Group 1 who received long-term amateur training in their adolescence and those who didn't get such training in Group2,such differences also existed between Group1 and L2,L3,L4 and L2-4 in the control group. (P<0.01)However, there are not much significant differences between Group 2 and the control group. (P>0.05)。2.After Short-term basket-ball amateur training,bone mineral density of Group 1 increased a little (P> 0.05); the density of Group 2 decreased significantly (L2 and L2-4 P <0.05); the density of the control Group increased significantly(P <0.01).3. After four months'intensive training, the bone density of all members in Group 2 and L2 and L3 in Group 1 grew negatively, while the bone density of L4and L2-4 and all members in the control group increased.Conclusion: 1. long-term amateur training can significantly increase the bone mineral density of adolescent girls. 2.With normal regular exercise, the bone mineral density of adolescent female students in college can also increase. 3. Short-term basket-ball amateur training(3 times a week each times for 2-2.5 hours regularly, heart rate beats from 150-170) may decrease the density in lumbar spine bone, only long-term training can increase the density. |
