The Effect Of Nourishing Heart Pellet On Maleic Dialdehyde In Coronary Heart Disease And Cardiac Arrhythmia Patients

Objective:To explore the cure mechanism of Nourishing Heart Pellet on Cardiac Arrhythmia due to high ester diet rabbit through Maleic Dialdehyde.To observe the variation of ECG activities.We discussed the mechanism of Nourishing heart pellet curing fast arrhythmia to provide a theoretic basis and guide the clinic further. In order to lay the foundation for curing Coronary heart disease and Cardiac Arrhythmia with Chinese medicine.Methods:We replicated the animal models of fast arrhythmia by high ester diet and quickly intravenous injecting adrenaline. Twenty-eight male rabbits were divided randomly into 4 groups(the model control group,the preventing and curing group,the Chinese medicine therapy group,the western medicine therapy group).Then make 7 rabbits be the normal group.We observed the starting time and lasting time of fast arrhythmia in each group.After that,we observed the effect of Maleic Dialdehyde.Result:Compared with the normal group,the model control group shows that TG,CHO and ApoB obviously rise,HDL-C and ApoA reduce;the MDA is higher,the difference has statistics meaning(P＜0.05).Compared with the model control group,the preventing and curing group shows that the starting time is later,the lasting time is shorter;TG,CHO and ApoB obviously reduce,HDL-C and ApoA rise;the MDA is lower,the difference has statistics meaning(P＜0.05).Compared with the model control group,the therapy group of Nourishing Heart Pellet shows that TG,CHO and ApoB obviously reduce,the MDA is lower,the difference has statistics meaning(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The animal model of high ester diet and fast arrhythmia with quick intravenous injecting adrenaline resembled fast arrhythmia of mankind with Coronary heart disease.The curative effect of Nourishing Heart Pellet to the experimental fast arrhythmia is definite,which was equivalent to the western medicine therapy. The Nourishing Heart Pellet could reduce the quantity of MDA and anti-peroxide.It reduces the quantity of TG,CHO and ApoB and delays the change of the cardiac muscle tissue.It could prevent and cure the Coronary heart disease and cardiac arrhythmia,and it maybe one of its mechanism of curing Coronary heart disease.
