Objective:To discuss that the effect of Qiguiyimailing preconditioning on the relation between myocardial ischemical reperfusion injury and the content of Nitric Oxide, and the effect of its pharmacological preconditioning on the protecting myocaridial.Methods:We selected 70 Wister rats, equi-paroecious,。They are equally divided into seven groups at random, normal group,sham group,ischemic/reperfusion group(I/R),ischemic preconditioning group(BPC),isosobide dinitarte group(ID),the low dose of QGYML group,the high dose of QGYML group. We adopt the classical rats model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion and myocardial ischemic predonditioning. The ischemic indication marks are that the extent of ST raises, arrhythmia comes into being on the electrocardiogram, and at the same time the left ventricular changes dark purple. The reperfusion indication marks are the raised extent of ST comes back to the normal level, and the area of dark purple cardiac muscle changes red. After the experiment, the NO,CK,CK-MB in serum are measured. Then, we put the left ventricular into1% TTC solutio. Ten minutes later, left ventricular is incubated by it. We use the BI2000 system to calculate the myocardial infarction area.Results:1,the myocardial infarction area of normal and sham groups is 0; QGYMLL,QGYMLH group, compared with I/R,IPC group, can reduce the myocardial infarction area(P <0.01); compared with ID group, there is no significant difference(P>0.05).2,InQGYMLL,QGYMLH group, the NO contents in rats serum are higher than in I/R,IPC group(P<0.01). But, compared with ID group, there is no significant difference(P>0.05).3,QGYMLL,QGYMLH group can decline the contents of CK,CK-MB in serum, and there is significant difference between I/R,IPC group and them. Compared with ID group, there is significant difference in QGYMLH group(P<0.01), but there is no significant difference between them(P>0.05). Conclusions:1,Qiguiyimailing can reduce myocardial infarction area, and has the effect of anti-ischemic of cardial muscle.2,Qiguiyimailing can inhibit the content of CK,CK-MB increasing at the time of cardial muscle ischemia3,Qiguiyimailing can induce to produce multitudinous NO in serum, and has the same effect as isosorbide dinitrate. It has the effect of protecting cardial muscle as pharmacological preconditioning.
