The Developmental Ideas About How To Distinguish And Treat The Amenorrhea In TCM

The thesis analyzes all kind of the traditional Chinese medicine literature that cured amenorrhea from Chun Qiu Dynasty till Qing Dynasty.The thesis is divided into two parts. In the frist part, the author discussed the characteristics of treatment on Amenorrhea of traditional Chinese medical in the eight historical parts. The original thoughts about amenorrhea began from Chun Qiu Dynasty. The natural treatment was invented in that time. The basic theory about pratical medical science had been founded in Qin Han Dynasty The conclusion about medical science had been formed during Wei Jin Dynasty. In the Tang and Song Dynasty the branches of the medical science and the clinical experience had made a big progress. The different opinions on medical science had appeared in Jin and Yuan Dynasty. The new knowledge conclusion and development had formed in Ming and Qing Dynasty.In the second part, based on the results of literature research, the thesis puts forward several viewpoints,the integration of nature and the human beings, the concept of holism. As time flies , we must consider many factors into analyze the causes of disease and the pathogenesis and grasp the regulation. As time flies,we must accept new ideas and have own opinions on the medical science. We also need to emphasize the thoughts on the disease,causes,Mai,syndrome,treatment. There were still some problems left to solve, such as the relationship among dryness; poison and uterus; the six climatic factors causes disease and uterus ; the relationship among brain,amenorrhea and uterus.In the end,the author made the final conclusion and pointed out the main developmental way of traditional Chinese medicine. As a result,the author's researches indicated that we should know the new causes of the disease. We also need to referent the corret ideas about the disease. All above we can bring the advantages of TCM into play and achieve the better clinical effect.
