| Objective:To analyse the risk factors in hospital pulmonary infection, and find out the most important risk factor.Approaching the main risk factors to enhance the control of the risk factors and provide reasonable. Methods:Given 63 cases of both Pseudomnas aeruginosa and staphylococcus aureus infections from 2005-2007 in the hospital, and analyse by hospital day,Matlab 6.5 was used to compare and analyse the relevant risk factors. Results:Setting hospital day's risk coefficient for 1, there are 19 kinds of risk Factors whose coefficient are less than 1.And the other 23 risk factors which coefficient are larger than 1. The main risk factors for hospital pulmonary infection :age, chronic diseases, hospital day, drug(the use of macrolides, glycopeptide, aminoglycosides, cephalosporins two weeks before the concurrent infection and the use of adrenal cortical hormones than one week),before both P. aeruginosa and S. aureus isolated from the sputum culture pus,Flavobacterium,P. aeruginosa or S. aureus was isolated, various kinds of invasive medical operation, low conscious state, having been in ICU. Conclusion:The main risk factors for HAP are agechronic diseases hospital day drugs and invasive medical operation et al.Necessarily and reasonable prevent on the risk factors which were mentiond can reduce the incidence of HAP. |
