Tilia mongolica Maxim is a member of Tiliaceae family. It has been reported that T.mongolica Maxim has special effect to Anoplophora glabripennis by drawing in it to eat the T.mongolica Maxim and inhibiting the live of egg and larva of Anoplophora glabripennis. To find the active constituents for controlling Anolophola glabripennis(Motsch) in the Tilia mongolica, the research for the chemical constituents of Tilia mongolica leaves has been developed. In present study, the leaves of T.mongolica were extracted by 95%ethanol. Eight compounds and have been isolated by utilizing column chromatography, preparative TLC and recrystallization techniques. The complete structures of six compounds have been identified by data of IR,1DNMR(1HNMR,13CNMR,DEPT), 2D NMR(HSQC,HMBC,COSY-DQF) and literatures. They are hexadecanol(2), octadecanoic acid(3),docosanoic acid(4),β-amyrin acetate(5),β-amyrin (6) andβ-sitosterol(7).Compound(2),(3),(4) are isolated from the genus for the first time.
