| Objective: To investigate the effects on immunologic function of patients with malignant tumors treated with Ar-He(Argon-Helium) Targeted CryosurgeryMethods: 30 patients with malignancy who had been confirmed by histopathology and met the criteria were chosen to form an experimental group. One day before and one week after the cryosurgery treatment, 2-3ml venous blood were been drawn from each patient respectively. The flow cytometry was used to detect the T-lymphocyte subpopulation; the double antibody sandwich ELISA was used to measure patients' soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) level; radioimmuoassay was used to detect the serum level of interleukin-2 (IL-2).Results: CD3, CD4, CD4/ CD8 and IL-2 levels of patients with malignant tumors reduced before the treatment. Meanwhile, sIL-2R levels of patients rose evidently. After one week of cryosurgery treatment, CD3, CD4, CD4/ CD8 and IL-2 levels of patients rose significantly (P<0.01). Meanwhile, the patients' sIL-2R levels lowered significantly (P<0.01).Conclusions: Ar-He(Argon-Helium) Targeted Cryosurgery can improve immunologic function of patients with malignant tumors. |
