| Subject:Effect of Xuebijing Injection on Regulatory Dendritic Cells in MousePolymicrobial sepsis is associated with immunosuppression caused by the predominance of anti-inflammatory mediators and profound loss of lymphocytes through apoptosis,Regulatory dendritic cells are considered to be related to the induction of cell death,the development of a state of unresponsiveness of T cells,and active suppression by T regulatory cells.CD11clowCD45RBhighDCs have recently been identified as a typical variety of regulatory dendritic cells.We test the effect of Xuebijing injection on CD11clowCD45RBhighDCs of mouse to determine whether this medicine improves the immune function though regulatory dendritic cells.The result has shown that Xuebijing injection is able to inhibit the immunosuppression of CD11clowCD45RBhighDCs.In addition,Xuebijing injection can enhance the secretion ability of T cells and balance the Th1/Th2 through CD11clowCD45RBhighDCs,to decrease the mortality rate of the CLP mouse model. |
