Effect Of Xuebijing Injection On Regulatory Dendritic Cells In Mouse

Subject:Effect of Xuebijing Injection on Regulatory Dendritic Cells in MousePolymicrobial sepsis is associated with immunosuppression caused by the predominance of anti-inflammatory mediators and profound loss of lymphocytes through apoptosis,Regulatory dendritic cells are considered to be related to the induction of cell death,the development of a state of unresponsiveness of T cells,and active suppression by T regulatory cells.CD11c^lowCD45RB^highDCs have recently been identified as a typical variety of regulatory dendritic cells.We test the effect of Xuebijing injection on CD11c^lowCD45RB^highDCs of mouse to determine whether this medicine improves the immune function though regulatory dendritic cells.The result has shown that Xuebijing injection is able to inhibit the immunosuppression of CD11c^lowCD45RB^highDCs.In addition,Xuebijing injection can enhance the secretion ability of T cells and balance the Th1/Th2 through CD11c^lowCD45RB^highDCs,to decrease the mortality rate of the CLP mouse model.
