Clinical Study Of Xuebijing Combined With Yiqi Fumai Injection In Treating Sepsis Heart Dysfunction

Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing combined with Yiqi Fumai injection in the treatment of sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction(SIMD).Methods: From December 2018 to August 2019,44 patients with sepsis and myocardial depression in ICU of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 22 cases each.The control group was given a comprehensive treatment plan for sepsis,including fluid resuscitation,vasoactive drug application,ventilator-assisted breathing,kidney replacement therapy,anti-inflammatory,acid suppression,maintaining water and electrolyte and acid-base balance,and nutritional support treatment.The treatment group On the basis of treatment in the control group,Xuebijing and Yiqi Fumai injection were given.Record the gender,age,and drug use of the two groups of patients,and record the body temperature(T),white blood cell(WBC)count,lactic acid(Lac)concentration,IL-6 concentration,and serum creatine before and after treatment Protein I(c Tn I)levels,amino-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-Pro BNP)levels,and M-type two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound were used to determine left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke volume(SV),Organ failure assessment(SOFA)score,APACHEⅡscore.Results: After 7 days of treatment,the body temperature(T)and lactic acid(Lac)concentrations of the patients in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.01),which was significantly different,and there was no difference in WBC levels(P> 0.05);IL-6 levels in patients in the treatment group were observably lower than those in the control group(P<0.01);LVEF and SV levels in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P <0.05),which was different;the treatment group The c TNI level of patients was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05),which was different.The NT-Pro BNP level was lower than the control group(P <0.01),which was significantly different.The SOFA and APACHEⅡ scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group(P < 0.01),with significant differences.Conclusion: Sepsis cluster treatment combined with Xuebijing injection and Yiqi Fumai injection can improve the sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction,reduce the level of myocardial inhibitory factor,improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sepsis.
