Influence Of Corydalis Yanhusuo And Its Compatibility Of Other Chinese Herbs On Solubility Of Tetrahydropalmatine, And Related Research Of Their Pharmic Efficacy

Compatibility of medicines is an important component of Chinese traditional medicine theory, are always strictly followed in reasonable and precise ways through the ages. The search for compatibility of medicines is the pivotal problem in modernization of Chinese traditional medicines, to investigate and realize the rules of compatibility of medicines could not only improve the clinical therapeutic efficacy, but also exhume and improve the theory of Chinese traditional medicine, thus accelerate the modernization of Chinese traditional medicines.In this research, the effects of different combinations (Corydalis yanhusuo +Meliatoosendan sieb, Corydalis yanhusuo + Angelica dahurica Benth, Corydalis yanhusuo + Angelica sinensis) on solubility of Tetrahydropalmatine and abirritation in Kunming mouse were investigated, the results indicate Tetrahydropalmatine are well separated from other elements by HPLC in three different combinations, but three single medicinal materials(Meliatoosendan sieb,Angelica dahurica Benth,Angelica sinensis) showed no effect on solubility of Tetrahydropalmatine; compared with single medicinal materials, different combinations (Corydalis yanhusuo +Meliatoosendan sieb, Corydalis yanhusuo + Angelica dahurica Benth, Corydalis yanhusuo + Angelica sinensis) could remarkably increase the solubility of Tetrahydropalmatine under the same conditions; Corydalis yanhusuo and different combinations alleviated pains caused by acetic acid and heated plate, raised the threshold of pain in animal model; different combinations of Corydalis yanhusuo, material elements and antalgic efficacy were correlated remarkably.Our results indicated the necessity, rationality and scientificalness of Chinese traditional medicine prescription, Investigate into the principle of compatibility of medicines not only provides scientific foundation for the screening and optimization of Tetrahydropalmatine related compound preparation, clinical administration and development of new medicine, but also provides theoretic basis and technical support for the perfection of modern research system about Chinese traditional medicine and active elements, the breakthrough of the single modality that develops new medicine merely by accumulation of clinical experience and the study of innovative medicine and quality control of Chinese traditional medicine, thus made useful exploration to resolve the scientificalness and standardization in clinical Chinese traditional medicine administration.
