| Objective:This study is to investigate clinical application of the IPSEmpressâ…¡all ceramic crown to restore anterior teeth by evaluating the use of the IPSEmpressâ…¡all ceramic crown for Anterior Teeth.Methods: 151 patients with 275 anterior teeth from Restoration Department were chosen. A regular preparation of anterior teeth related for the IPSEmpressâ…¡all ceramic crown. Impression taken, model poured, special die made and the color of teeth being chosen under natural light using Chromascop shade guide. The IPSEmpressâ…¡casting glass ceramic system had been manufactured for clinical use and using Varriolinkâ…¡double solidified splicing resin to cementation. Dental clinical examination including gingival health, restoration margin chromatosis,gingival close,color of restoration,caries of restoration,restoration rrhexis and abutment loosening according to the adjustment standard of American public health association.Result: All patients satisfied greatly with a good health gingival conditions. The IPSEmpressâ…¡all ceramic crown for anterior teeth got A degree in fields of restoration margin chromatosis,gingival close,color of restoration,caries of restoration,restoration rrhexis and abutment loosening.Conclusion: The use of the IPSEmpressâ…¡all ceramic crown in restoration of anterior teeth can achieve satisfied results both in clinical evaluation and in the health of gingival. |
