| Background and objective:Coronary arterial fistula is a infrequent cardiovascular abnormality which is most congenital,but very few is acquired.CAF lacks of specific clinical representation,found by cardiac murmur on physical examination and diagnosed by cardiac Doppler graphy or catheter examination.We report and discuss a case of CAF.Case description:A 25 year old male patient,was found murmur for 20 years and chest discomfort after exertion.He was found a huge right coronary artery right ventricle fistula by coronary angiography.Conclusion:It can be a good prognosis by reasonable treatments for CAF.There are two methods for treatment:operations and interventional therapy.Interventional therapy is the first choice for a single fistula CAF,less trauma,relative safe and effective,and it is feasible to make more widespread use of this technique. |
