| BACKGROUNDThe metabolic syndrome(MS)is a collection station of several cadiovascular risk factors. Its main components includs concentric obesity, low high-density lipoprotein hyperlipidemia, hypertriglyceridemia, high blood pressure, high blood sugar. In addition insulin resistance may also exist, hyperuricemia, microalbuminuria and abnormal blood coagulation solution. The relationship between MS and cadiovascular disease have been found research,Grumfy SM et al suggestion that pations with MS have 10-20 percent to decelop cadiovascular disease in 10 years.More and more attension are paid to the relationship of MS with ischemia cerebral shock.Much study have been reported.MS is obvesly correlation with silens strock, and it is independent risk factor for acute ischemia strock in the old.But there is few reports on cerebralvascular itself.Transcrainal doppler is a non-invasive method to research cerebralvascular hematodynamic, static or dynamic.AIMStudy the effection of MS and its components on cerebral blood flow velocity.METHODWe select 30 patients with or without MS spectively.TCD was utilized to Mesure the cerebral blood flow velocity. And higher, weight, blood pressure,Biochemical set, were mesured at the same time.RESULTThe blood flow velocity differences of posterior circulation in patients with MS reached significant levels(p<0.05).Among components of metabolic syndrome, body mass index, low high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)levels,high triglyceride(TG)of hyperlipidemia on the velocity impact most significantly, particularly in the posterior circulationCONCLUSIONTranscranial Doppler can be found earlier cerebral artery blood flow velocity changes caused by metabolic syndrome and its various components. |
