Study Of Herpes Zoster By Applying Orthogonal Design Table For Optimize Combination Of Affectoi Chosed

Objective:Herpes zoster is a common disease in dermatology departmrnt and is a species of viral disease.The treatment of antivirus had gained favourable therapeutic effect.But the pathology alteration to the ache of herpes zoster still wasn't clear so far,furthermore,the curative effect of Western medicine was not satisfied.On the basis of literature research and clinical observation,this study discussed the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.To investigate the effect of various therapeutical factors to herpes zoster and evaluate the major factor and the interaction of them,by applying orthogonal design table for optimize combination of affectoi.Therapeutic regimen of persistent contribution and conspicuous curative effect will be found through optimize combination of affectoi.Methods:64 patients of herpes zoster were chosen from the in-patient department of dermatology of the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM,and were allocated eight treatment group(8 cases every group)by utilizing L8(27) orthogonal design table.The treatment effects were measured by visual analogue scale(VAS)to the post-treatment ache index.The datas were analyzed by direct analytical method and analysis of variance(ANOVA).To investigate the effects of venesection.frequency of electric acupuncture(2Hz or 100Hz) and treatment frequence(twice a day or once a day)respectively and mutually.Results:The age.sexuality.differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome.vas score between two levels were analyzed before treatment.The measurement of the two levels of each factors before treatments showed no significance(P＞0.05).And to analyze the vas scores after treatment,the results were as follow.Ache index and statistical analysis were carried out again after treatment.At the end of the study,the effect of every factor was analyzed.The therapy of venesection had conspicuous effect.Although frequency of electric acupuncture was the secondary factor,the effect was still conspicuous.As for the effect of treatment frequence,twice a day was more effective in releiving pain than once a day.Among the interactions of the three factors,the interaction between venesection and treatment frequence had prominent contribution(P＜0.01).Although the interaction between frequency of electric acupuncture and the effect of treatment frequence has some influence(0.05＜P＜0.1),the effect between frequency of electric acupuncture and venesection has no contribution(P＞0.1).Conclusion:The frequency of electric acupuncture.the method of venesection.the treatment frequence respectively had prominent contribution,the therapeutic effect between venesection and treatment frequence was conspicuous,too.To optimized the best combination of affectoi was,choose the frequence of electric acupuncture with 100Hz,and treat with venesection twice a day.
