Divides the mouse into 6 groups,each group of 10.Gives the following medicine separately:Normal control group:Fills stomach physiological saline 0.2ml,qd,continual 14d;Tumor model group:Fills stomach physiological saline 0.2ml,qd,continual 14d;5-FU group:Injects into Abdominal cavity 5-FU20mg/kg,qd,altogether 5d:Later will fill stomach physiological saline 0.2ml,qd,until 14d;DHA low dosage group:Fills stomach DHA low dose 30mg/kg,qd,continual 14d;DHA medium dosage group: Fills in stomach DHA dosage 60mg/kg,qd,continual 14d;DHA high dosage group:Fills stomach DHA high dose 120mg/kg,qd,continual 14d.Examination target:1.tumor volume growth rate:After the experiment ended took out the tumor,with Vernier caliper determines the tumor' s longest major axis and transverse diameter,the computation tumor' s volume growth rate.2.the tumor quality determination and tumor suppression rate computation:Dissection animal,observation tumor quality,the record result,the computation tumor suppression rate.3 tumor organization pathology morphology inspection:After arranges the tumor organizations in row,take the photograph,the visual observation tumor size,the color,necrosis situation and so on,then fixed the organization and slice,HE dyes,microscope observation tumor cell pathology shape;Carries on the statistical analysis with the SPSS12.0 software to the data.Result:Through thestochastic grouping experiment to these 60 bare mouse,compared the curative effect between the DHA groups and the blank group,the 5-FU abdominal cavity injection group.The preliminary result indicated:The DHAtables oral administration has the suppression action to the colon cancer tumor cell growth(p＜0.05),and the different dosage has the different effect;The DHA medium and high dosage groups' suppresses effect is better than 5-FU group(p＜0.05)after the computation with statistics software.Conclusion:1.Use certain dosage, density DHA tables dissolution Irrigate the mouse,can achieve the function which suppresses the Intestinal tract cancer cell grows. Meanwhile compares with commonly used chemotherapy medicine 5-FU,in appropriate DHA's dosage,the density situation,it' s function of suppresses tumour cell grows can better than 5-FU.2.the preliminary data can only be the reference and the inference to the entire experimental result.The true experimental result must combined with later period finally comes out,and then we can makes the whole analysis and the discussion again.
