Objective:To investigate the relations of etiopathogenisis and course of disease with subsensory retina choroidal neovascularization(CNV).Methods:To collect data of 56 patients(63eyes)with CNV diagnosised by fundus examination, fundus fluorescein angiography, optical coherence tomography. The data were determined etiopathogenisis and classified by the images of OCT.Etiopathogenisis, the course of disease and CNV pattern were analyzed withchi square test. The report is intended to analysis the relations of etiopathogenisis and course of disease with subsensory retina choroidal neovascularization. Results:The percentage of subsensory retina CNV was significantly higher in the non-exudative age-related macular degeneration(AMD) cases than that of the exudative AMD cases(x~2=16.78,P<0.05).The percentage of subsensory retina CNV was significantly higher in the exudative AMD cases with course within 2 months than course over 2 months(x~2=8.01,P<0.05).The percentage of subsensory retina CNV was identical in the non-exudative AMD cases of entire course(P=0.591,P>0.05). Conclusion:Subsensory retina CNV mainly occur in non-exudative AMD cases and the exudative AMD cases with short course.Of the non-exudative AMD cases, the percentage of subsensory retina CNV was principal during the whole course. |
