An Analytical Study On Complications Of BPH After TUVP With 73 Cases

Objectives To review and analyze the complications of BPH after TUVP and discuss tis causes and prevention, provide reference for decreasing the complications after TUVP and releasing the pain of patient. Methods Put 73 cases into one group given TUVP, make diagnosis before operation and record all kinds of compilcations ,the main is hemorrhage, urinary tract infection, urinary incontinence and urethral stricture. Every patient will be given 1-3 month follow-up visit after operation. Results All 73 cases of TUVP occur different degrees of frequent micturition, urgent micturition and odynuria with 1-2 days after removing urinary canal, among this cases, urinary tract infection 4cases, secondum hemorrhage 8 cases, urinary incontience over one week 4 cases, urethral stricture after operation in 1-3 month follow-up visit 9 cases (confirmed by urethrography), no cases of cicatricial contracture and stricture of bladder neck, no cases of remaining prostatic tissues. TURS, epididymitis and thrombus are not found in any case. Conclusions Complications of TUVP has lot of reasons. Right intervention before operation and standard performance during operation can decrease or avoid occuring of complications, and essential and accurate treatment after operation can improve the quality of operation and release the pain of patient.
