Objective:To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of TURP,TUVP and PKRP three minimal invasive surgical methods. Methods:Retrospective analysis of TURP, of TUVP and PKRP three kinds of surgical procedures in the treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (84cases) on the efficacy of indwelling catheter time, intraoperative and postoperative complications and during hospitalization hemoglobin, comparative analysis. Results:Three minimal invasive surgical methods, Quality of life in patients after surgery, Qmax significantly improved compared with preoperative prostate symptoms. QOL,IPSS among the three groups of surgical procedures was no significant difference (P>0.05).Three surgical methods, Foley catheter time and hospitalization time; TURP shortest time and TUVP followed, PKRP, required the longest time; Hemoglobin decline in the value of TURP maximum, minimum PKRP followed, TURP group minimum; Operation time and the ratio of the volume of the prostate, PKRP of TUVP followed, the smallest of TURP.Conclusion:Three minimal invasive surgical methods are the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. the treatment effect is similar;(1)TUVP security guarantees for beginners;(2) TURP is the quick and efficient choice for the experts;(3)PKRP operating principle brings together the advantages of the two previous ones, its bipolar circuit design to avoid the occurrence of water poisoning, the working environment of its low temperature significantly reduced the occurrence of urinary tract complications, less invasive efficacy, painless and quick recovery.
