To Observes The Babies And Infants Use Nasal Cannulae Or Changed Two-sided Hole Pipe Attracts The Oxygen Therapy Effect

Objective:Observes the babies and infants use nasal cannulae or changed two-sided hole pipe attracts the oxygen effect,to evaluate the nasal cannulae and the changed two-sided hole pipe attracts the oxygen to the babies and infants oxygen treatment effect is whether same.Method:Collection the babies and infants who contracts the congenital heart disease through the heart color ultra diagnosis and through integrates standard to determine conforms to the object of study babies and infants 33 patients,use the stochastic tables,stochastic divides into nasal cannulae and changed two-sided hole pipe group。observes two groups of troubles in to attract in the oxygen process whether uses the hand to buy the oxygen tube,to shake the head,cries noisily.Result:The nasal cannulae attract the oxygen group and the changed two-sided hole pipe attracts the oxygen group have not the difference(P＞0.05),but two groups of troubles have the difference to the oxygen treatment compliance(P＜0.025). Conclusion:the oxygen therapy effect of nasal cannulae and changed two-sided hole pipe is same,but the changed two-sided hole pipe is to surpass the nasal cannulae to receive the oxygen.Its clinical curative effect affirmed that,easy to promote the use.
