Objective: To summarize the results of clinic application of the middle and nferior segment of leg skin defect using the reversed island skin flap with sural vessels。Methods:The posterior island flap of pedicle with sural nerve and its nutrient vessels was applied to repair soft tissue injuries in legin 27 cases,using doppler flow inaging survey meter in the operationg to decide The rang of flap , Choose swivel above 5~7cm on the lateral malleolus,The rang of flap was 8 cm×11 cm~5 cm×6 cm。far port of the sural nerve and small saphenous vein was connected with the far port of the wound broken nerve and great saphenous vein or region vein in microscope。Result :The all flap was healthing and outline form gratification in our group。Conclusions :Far port of the sural nerve was connected with the far port of the wound broken nerve in microscope,To fiat the flap with sensation, application of the middle and nferior segment of leg skin defect using the reversed island skin flap with sural vessels。To supply favourable overjut as well as sensory function for middle and nferior segment of leg。...
