The Analysis Of Employment And Demand Prediction In Changsha

Nursing is a speciality which is closely related with life and health of human beings. The healthy and medical departments have attached importance to the employment,configuration and demanding plan of paramedics. The irrationality of paramedics' training and employment will directly result in the decline of nursing quality, increase of medical accidents, serious decrease of paramedics and effect on the improvement of standard of living.This thsis firstly analyzes the resource situation of paramedics and draws a comparison between the characteristics of overseas and domestic paramedics' resource.The actuality of paramedics' configuration and employment are also introduced.Statistical analysis of paramedics' quantity and educational level is made aiming at the problems of structure of Changsha's paramedics such as the shortage of paramedics' quantity , the lack of technical cadreman and the deficiency of personnel in support. We also briefly analysis the reason for the shortage of paramedics' quantity.Secondly the demanding situation of Changsha's paramedics is analyzed from the paramedics' quantity and required educational level. Changsha's paramedics quantity until 2005 is predicted according to the rule of three of thousand population, the rule of ratio of paramedics versus sickbed quantity and medical nurse ratio rule. In terms of time series fitting model annual increaseing amount of Changsha's paramedics is obtained. Some conclusions such as serious shortage of paramedics, gradually improvement of educational level and the lack of paramedics' quantity is also obtained according to the predicted result.At last the direct and indirect factors such as paramedics' post characteristic, nurse schools and nurse students factors that effect the employment of paramedics is macroscopically and dialectically analyzed. It is pointed that actual paramedics' training and employment system influences paramedics' the choice of employment seriously and will bring on ungratified requirement of the development of society and people's demanding. Countermeasure torward the employment of Changsha's paramedics is also considered from the aspects of society,urse schools and nurse students. And the regulatory program is brought forward in the thsis.
