| Objectives : To observe and analyze histomorphometic parametric characteristic of cervical vertebra, dorsal vertebra and abdominal vertebra both in the normal and compression fracture. Try to find out the difference between their bone trabecula in order to provide the clinical working theory. Methods:We chose three male dead body(about 47~56 years old, normal death). Our experiment take out some of the vertebrae and divide into 3 groups(cervical vertebra, dorsal vertebra and abdominal vertebra)to carry out own control. We use the wire saw to slash them into pieces of the same size(1×1×2cm~3). The experimental group was observed by light microscope to analyse the histomorphometry parameter of the total, coronal plane group and sagittal plane group, upper stratum, intercellular layer, underlayer group. Then exert identical pressure to every group in sagittal plane in order to make the height of each test pieces into 10mm, 7mm, 5mm. Using the same equipment to analyse the histomorphometry parameter of the total, coronal plane group and sagittal plane group. Results:1. Histomorphometic parametric characteristic of cervical vertebra, dorsal vertebra and abdominal vertebra in the normal. In the total, coronal plane, upper stratum and underlayer groups parameter of the bone structure: we can find significant difference in mean trabecular plate thickness(Tb.Th) and mean trabecular plate density(Tb.N)(P<0.05), while there is no significant difference in mean trabecular plate separation(Tb.Sp)(P>0.05); Parameter analyse of the sagittal plane group : significant difference in mean trabecular plate separation(Tb.Sp)(P<0.05), Parameter analyse of the intercellular layer : no significant difference in mean trabecular plate thickness(Tb.Th)(P>0.05).2. Histomorphometic parametric characteristic of cervical vertebra, dorsal vertebra and abdominal vertebra in the compression fracture. In the dorsal vertebra group, the total and coronal plane parameter of the bone structure: we can find significant difference in mean trabecular plate density(Tb.N) and mean trabecular plate separation(Tb.Sp) (P<0.05). While sagittal plane significant difference in mean trabecular plate separation(Tb.Sp)(P<0.05). Every group to carry out own control: we can only find significant difference in mean trabecular plate density(Tb.N) (P<0.05) in both 7mm group and 5mm group. In the abdominal vertebra group, the total parameter of the bone structure: we can find significant difference in mean trabecular plate density(Tb.N) and mean trabecular plate thickness(Tb.Th) (P<0.05). In the coronal plane there is only 10mm group and 7mm group we can find significant difference in mean trabecular plate separation(Tb.Sp)(P<0.05). In the sagittal plane significant difference in mean trabecular plate density(Tb.N) (P<0.05). While Every group to carry out own control: we can't find any significant difference in the parameter of the bone structure. Conclusions:The morphometrical parameter of cervical vertebra, dorsal vertebra and abdominal vertebra in the normal show that there is significant difference in mean trabecular plate thickness(Tb.Th) and mean trabecular plate density(Tb.N)(P<0.05), while there is no significant difference in mean trabecular plate separation(Tb.Sp)(P>0.05). The parameter about is not the same. The disparity of histomorphometry determine the difference between physiologic function and biomechanics of the cervical vertebra, dorsal vertebra and abdominal vertebra. The morphometrical parameter of dorsal vertebra in the compression fracture show that there is significant difference in mean trabecular plate density(Tb.N) and mean trabecular plate separation(Tb.Sp)(P<0.05), while there is no significant difference in mean trabecular plate thickness(Tb.Th)(P>0.05). And in abdominal vertebra significant difference can be find in mean trabecular plate thickness(Tb.Th) and mean trabecular plate density(Tb.N)(P<0.05), while there is no significant difference in mean trabecular plate separation(Tb.Sp)(P>0.05). |
