Objective: To investigate the expression of survivin,rpr,c-fos and the apoptosis in leiomyoma of uterus by means of radiofrequency ablation and the relationship between clinical sing and their expression. Method: 60 cases tissues with radiofrequency ablation for leiomyoma of uterus, 10 cases of uterine normal tissue were examined for survivin,rpr,c-fos by immunohistochemisry, apoptosis by in-situ TUNEL. Result: 1)The positive frequency of expression of survivin in 60 cases of tissues with radiofrequency ablation was 40.0%(24/60), 18.3%(11/60), 15.0% (9/60). The positive frequency of rpr in 60 cases of tissues with radiofrequency ablation was 78.3%(47/60), 31.7%(19/60), 8.3%(5/60). The positive frequency of c-fos was 11.7%(7/60), 3.3%(2/60), 3.3% (2/60). And the apoptosis of these tissues was 86.7%(52/60), 28.3%(17/60), 18.3%(11/60). 10 cases of uterine myoma normal tissue were not examined for survivin, rpr, c-fos and the apoptosis; 2)There is no difference between clinical sings and the expression (P>0.05). Conclusion: l)It is suggested that the pathogen and development of leiomyoma of uterus has relationship with the expression of survivin, rpr, c-fos, the expression of rpr and the in-situ apoptosis are likely to be importance index in radiofrequency ablation for leiomyoma of uterus; 2) a closed relationship with the expression of rpr and the apoptosis in different ablation regions.There is not a closed relationship in different regions between the expression.of survivin, c-fos and the apoptosis. |
