The expression of Ki-67in the cellular uterine Leiomyoma tissue was significantly higer than the uterine leiomyoma and the tissues beside hysteromyoma (X2=5.414,11.250;P=0.02å’Œ0.001). The expression rates of CD146ã€Ki67in uterine leiomyoma tissue and cellular leiomyoma tissue were not related to theirquantities ages of patients, tumor sizes, the number of tumor (P>0.05).4.Correlation analysis showed that:The expression of CD146and Ki67was positive correlation, cellular Leiomyoma group(rs=0.779, P=0.004). Ki67in uterine Leiomyoma and uterine muscle tissue has a lower rate of expression, showed thatthe uterine Leiomyoma cell with low proliferative activity, as a benign tumor.Biological behavior of cellular Leiomyoma Was different from the uterine Leiomyoma, with malignant behavior tendencies.expression of Ki67incremented as important indicator of prognosis of UL and CL3.
