Clinical Analysis Of 121 Cases With Drug-induced Liver Disease

Aim:To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with drug-induced liver disease and drugs resulting in the liver injuries,To investigate the therapeutic effect of Stronger Neo-MinophagenC(SNMC)on combinating reduced glutathione drug-induced liver disease.Methods:The taking history clinical manifestation,Liver function test and prognosis were analyzed comprehensively with retrospective review.80cases of drug-induced liver disease were divided into A group combination therapy which contain 38cases and B group using singal medicine which contain 42 cases,A group was intravenously injected with SNMC 60ml dissolved in 5%glucose 250ml and was intravenously injected with reduced glutathione 2400mg dissolved in 5%glucose 250ml, B group was intravenously injected with reduced dissolved in 5%glucose 250ml.The treatment course for both groups was four weeks.Conclusion:Many drugs could induce liver disease.Among them the antituberculotic drugs accounted for 24.6%(30/121).The chemotherapy drugs accounted for 17.4%(21/121).The immunosuppressant accounted for 15.7%(19/121).The traditional Chinese medicine accounted for10.7%(13/121).The number of female patients was more than the male patients.The latent period varied 1-8 weeks.The most frequent clinical type was the hepatocellular diagnosis and therapy of the disease should be emphasized,especilly the disease which was induced by traditional Chinese medicine,the therapeutic effect of A group surpass B group.
