| Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of Bcl-2,Bag-1 and HSP70 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and invasive cervical carcinoma.Methods:S-P Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Bcl-2,Bag-1,HSP70 proteins in 36 cases of cervical cancer,64 cases of CIN and 20cases of normal control.Result:1)The positive rates of Bcl-2 were 10%(2/20),43.57%(17/39),76.00%(19/25),66.67%(24/36)in normal control,CINâ… -â…¡,CINâ…¢and in cervical carcinoma respectively.Compared with each group, expression of Bcl-2 was significantly enhanced(P<0.05);2)The positive rates of Bag-1 were1 5.00%(3/20),48.72%(19/39),80.00%(20/25),83.33%(30/36)in normal control,CINâ… -â…¡,CINâ…¢and in cervical carcinoma respectively.Compared with each group, expression of Bag-1 was significantly enhanced(P<0.05),but the positive frequency of Bag-1 in CINâ…¢and cervical carcinoma was not significant(P>0.05);3) The positive rotes of HSPT0 were 15.00%(3/20),48.72%(19/39),72.00%(18/25), 86.11%(31/36)in normal control,CINâ… -â…¡,CINâ…¢and in cervical carcinoma respectively.Compared with each group, expression of HSPT0 was significantly enhanced(P<0.05),but the positive frequency of HSPT0 in CINâ…¢and cervical carcinoma was not significant(P>0.05);4)There was significant correlation between Bcl-2 and Bag-1 in cervical carcinoma(r=0.88,P=0.00).Bag-1 and HSP70 have significant correlation in cervical carcinoma(r=0.393,P=0.016).Conclusion:Bag-1,Bcl-2 and HSP70 overexpression might play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of cervical cancer. The overexpressions of Bcl-2 is the early event of cervical carcinogenesis which are associated with the development of cervical carcinoma. Bag-1,Bcl-2 and HSP70 protein in the development of cervical carcinoma enhance each other. |
