Objective:To study the expression and the clinical significance of TIG2and P16in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and further explore the role of TIG2and P16in cervical cancer malignant transformation, for providing a theoretical basis of early diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods:using immunohistochemical method, the detection of50cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma,150cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and36cases of normal cervical tissue in TIG2and P16protein expression. The statistical software-SPSS17.0was applied to analyze the results.Results1, TIG2in normal cervical tissue, tissue and CIN in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix positive expression rate is decreased, there was significant difference between three groups (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of CIN group was lower than that of normal cervical tissue group, no significant differences between the two groups (χ2=4.363, P>0.05). Cervical carcinoma and normal cervical tissue and CIN groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant.(χ2=20.759, P<0.05;χ=21.053, P<0.05).2,P16in normal cervical tissue, tissue and CIN in squamous cell carcinoma of cervix positive expression rate is gradually increased, there was significant difference between three groups (P<0.05). Cervical cancer group, normal cervical tissue group and CIN group, three group of two two had significant differences.(χ2=78.215, P<0.05;χ=24.684, P<0.05; χ=39.229, P<0.05).3,TIG2in the grade of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is expressed, no significant differences between the three groups (P>0.05). CINI, CINII, CINIII two two to compare difference not to have statistical significance (χ2=3.843, P0.05; χ2=2.210, P>0.05; χ2=0.250, P>0.05).4,normal cervical tissue group compared with CINI group, the difference was not statistically significant (χ2=1.042, P>0.05). Normal cervical tissue group than in CINII group and CINIII group were compared, the differences were statistically significant (χ2=6.441, P<0.05; χ2=4.720, P<0.05). Cervical squamous cell carcinoma groups and the CINI, CINII, CINIII groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant (χ2=19.841, P<0.05; χ2=7.429, P=0.05; χ2=10.176, P<0.05)5,P16in the grade of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is expressed, there was significant difference between three groups (P<0.05). CINI, CINII, CINIII two two had significant differences (χ2=4.889, P<0.05;χ2=25.837, P<0.05; χ2=9.333, P<0.05)6,TIG2and P16and cervical cancer tissue differentiation, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and depth of myometrial invasion were independent (P>0.05).7,The experimental results show that:with the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions aggravated the positive expression of TIG2is Reduced, but as the lesion degree increased P16is decreased gradually, its positive expression gradually increased. Through correlation analysis, the experiment of TIG2and p16in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinoma in correlation coefficient r=-0.900, there is a significant negative correlation.Conclusion:1,With the aggravation of cervical intraepithelial neoplastic lesions, the positive expression rates of TIG2protein is decreased gradually, the change in ways consistent with the role of tumor suppressor genes way.2,P16protein in normal cervical tissue is negative expression, as CIN lesions gradually increased, P16protein expression rate is gradually increased, in the CIN III and in situ carcinoma showed a strong positive expression, consistent with previous studies, support P16is one of the important indexesas of the development from CIN to cervical squamous cell carcinoma.3,The TIG2protein and P16protein in cervical intraepithelial neoplastic lesions in the expression is negative correlation, and TIG2and P16expression with cervical squamous cell carcinoma clinical stage, histological grade, lymph node metastasis, depth of myometrial invasion is unrelated, suggesting that TIG2and P16expression may be abnormal cervical cancer occur in the early molecular events.
