As an important part of the natural products, most of the volatile components haveshown strong bioactivities. In this paper, the constituents of volatile oil from Wen yujin,Aeruginosa, Propolis of Henan and Proplolis of Zhejiang and the components of woodvinegar and wood vinegar from straw have been analyzed and identified by GC-IR andcomprehensive two- dimensional gas chromatography. Based on the comparison among theadvantages of different analysis methods for the volatile components, the components libraryis built about the volatile oils from Wen yujin, Aeruginosa, Propolis of Henan and Proplolisof Zhejiang.By solvent dispensing, enriching on the macroporous resin and separating on the silicagel column, seven compounds were collected and identified by, which areβ-sitosterol(1),dibutyl phthalate(2), tectochrysin(3) chrysin(4), 3, 4-dimethoxy cinnamic acid(5), ferulicacid(6) and abietic acid(7). It's the first time that dibutyl phthalate was found in Wenzhu.DPPH method was used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of the four kinds of volatileoils and the total extractions from Wenyujin, Wenzhu and propolis. The volatile oils haveweak antioxidant activity. But the total extracts show strong activity, especially the extractfrom proplis. The result indicates that the antioxidant components of these natural productsare in the unvolatile part. In addition, the inhibition activity onα-glucosidase of tectochrysin,chrysin, 3, 4-dimethoxy cinnamic acid, ferulic acid and abietic acid was tested. It was foundthat the flavanoid has high inhibition onα-glucosidase. |
