The Clinical Curative Effect Of Shenshuaifang Treating To CRF

OBJECTIVTo observe clinical curative effect such as the change of blood-Rt,Urine-Rt,U-TP,renal function,hepatic-function,U-TP,TC,TH and clinical symptoms ofshenshuai decoction treating to treat chronic renal failure(CRF), and studying theresults and mechanism of it treating CRF, for providing the useful methods of TCMto study treating CREMETHODSAll 40 patients from jiangsu provincial TCM Hospital conforming to thediagnostic standard, giving common protein diet,actively treating primary disease,controlling blood pressure and blood sugar, and anti-infecting, rectifying the balanceof liquid,electrolyte,acid-base imbalance. Giving all patients one dose shenshuaidecoction. Two times one day, One in the morning, 30days is a therapeutic phase.And giving two phase consecutively.Then after treatments checking the changing ofindices such as blood-Rt,Urine-Rt,U-TP,renal function,hepatic-fuction,U-TP,TC,TH and clinical symptoms.RESULTS1 The results of theory research were as follows: the higcst frequent clinicalsymptom is the spleen-kidney Qi deficiency fixed with dampness, dampness-heat andchocked blood. The other symptoms were Qi-Ying deficiency,liver-kidneydeficiency,Ying-Yang dificicncy,Qi-blood deficiency.2 The clinical research results: The total effective rate of therapeutic group was65.0%, 83.4% in compensation phase, 64% in decompensation and 55.6% in failerphase; There are significant difference in clinical symptoms after treatments (P＜0.01);Hb, RBC had significant difference between before and after treatments. Theirnumbers went up. U-TP got down significantly. Urine-Rt RBC countance TC,TGhad no significant difference. Scr and BUN had significant difference between beforeand after treatments.CONCLUSIONSThe shenshuai decoction had a good curative effect on CRF patients, And it wasgood for compensation and decompensation phase but bad for failer phase; It could improve the clinical symptoms, lower the Scr and BUN, improve kidney function, topostpone the aggravation of the kidney function; It could boost the level of RBC andHb, to improve the anaemia; It could lower the Urine-protein but had no effect on theurine RBC; It could lower the blood-fat of patients, but no significant diffrernt instastics.
