Objectives:To investigate the effect of autologous peripheral blood stem cells transplantation (auto-PBSCT) in treatment for malignant hemacytological disease 14 cases. Methods: In the 14 cases ,three patients with Hodgkin disease (HD), nine patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL) and two patients with acute leukemia received Auto-PBSCT.The preparative regimen for lymphoma is consisted of the classical BEAM or high dose cyclophosphamide plus Mabthera meanwhile the preparative regimen for acute leukemia is improved BU/CY2 plan. Results:The MNC4.2(3.92~10.75)×108/kg were collected in 14 patients. Hematopoietic reconstitution after APBSCT were obtained in all patients. The number of neutrophil increased to 0.5×109/L with 8-23 days ,and the number of platelet increased to 20×109/L in 6-30 days . One patients with HD , eight patients with NHL and two patients with acute leukemia had complete remission in 1 -48 months , two patients with HD and one patient with NHL relapsed after 6 months by auto-PBSCT. Conclusion: auto-PBSCT was a safe and effective treatment for malignant hemacytological disease, and as a preparative regimen, BEAM,high dose cyclophosphamide plus Mabthera or BU/CY2 which decided by the patients's situation, is also safe and effective.
