Objectives:1.To explore the influence of transplantation on vascular grafts, the retroperitoneal malignant tumor which involving the abdominal aorta was treated with artificial vascular replacement; 2.This paper is aimed at the retrospective analysis of small lymphocytic lymphoma/chronic lymphocytic leukemia’s clinical features, pathology, diagnosis and treatment, autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of small lymphocytic lymphoma value were discussed。Methods:1.Retrospective analysis the clinical data of a (retroperitoneal) small lymphocytic lymphoma case, which is successfully treated with autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;2.Retroperitoneal tumors as first symptoms of malignant lymphoma of the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment principle and autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of small lymphocytic lymphoma value were discussed;3.In combination with related literature review chemotherapy effects on vascular graft。Results:1.The patient had been diagnosed with "(retroperitoneal) small lymphocytic lymphoma", and was treated with 2 cycle R-CHOP,1 cycle CHOP chemotherapy regimen; 2.After treated with high-dose chemotherapy in combination with autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, there was no new lesions and metastatic lesions by reviewing of blood routine, CT, MRI, Vascular ultrasound, B ultrasonic and bone marrow puncture, the patient returnde to hospital on a regular basis during July 20,2015。UP to now, patient was in stable condition and no signs of recurrence, vascular ultrasound of artificial vascular patency hint that thera was no mural thrombus formation, anastomotic burst and bleeding.Conclusions:1.Patient lined of autologous peripheral blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation before 1 year and 3 months, reviewing on a regular basis, there was no recurrence, transfer signs, long-term follow-up overall survival and progression-free surial were needed; 2.This case has not yet been observed mural thrombus formation, anastomotic rupture, vascular occlusion after grafting artificial vascular.
