Objectives: The cervical cancer keeps the first incidence rate in global gynecology malignant tumors, which runs high and turns the trend of the young in recent years. Today, the treating way of this cancer is hysterectomy. During of this process, health education plays important role whatever helping patients setting up optimism belief or educating health knowledge and developing health behavior. 87%nurses think there is not scientific, standardize and easy-to operation health education system in our country. This research evaluates the applied result of health education in early stage cervical cancer surgical patients, in order to offer proof for the nursing health education.Method: The research adopts randomized prospective and control study, divides early stage cervical cancer surgical patients into experiment group and control ones. Before operation, two groups are assessed in knowledge, belief, behavior and anxiety. test group receives education offered by researcher according to clinic nursing path , the control group receives health education as routine, after surgery, two groups are evaluated effects of health and nursing satisfaction survey.Result:1. Knowledge: after carrying health education, the experiment group shows more obvious statistic difference than the control group in 26 knowledge items, P<0.01.2. Belief: after carrying health education, except for the effect of surgery on recover of the figure or self-image, whether to worry losing the womb, dysmenorrheal, sex changes, and belief on surgery and treatment, the experiment group shows obvious statistic difference than the control group in 11 belief items, P<0.01.3. Behavior: after carrying health education, the experiment group shows more obvious difference than the control group in 13 behavior items , P<0.01.4. Anxiety: after health education, the experiment group's scores drops much (11.92)more than the control's(4.46). The experiment group lightens greatly compared to the control in anxiety degree.5. Satisfaction: After health education, the experiment group' satisfaction aspects is 95%; and control group 37%. The experiment group is more satisfied than control group.6. Health education ways: clinic nursing path is better than traditional education ways.Conclusion:1. health education increased early stage cervical cancer patients related knowledge of the patients such as disease factor, surgery, examine; enhance the patient 'understanding to the disease, and lay good foundation for establish health behavior.2. health education can appeal patient to express, take part in recovering and decrease reliance, but it have little impact on reducing surgery's consequence and helping patient form belief on surgery.3. Health education can enhance patient' understanding of setting health behavior, therefore urging them participating progressively recover after operation.4. Health education can alleviate the anxiety of the initial cervical cancer patient, which should become important contents of health education.5. Health education can improve clients' satisfaction on nursing service.6.《hysterectomy health education evaluation standard》provide quality evaluation index on health education for nurse. Therefore, it is practical and effective, which may is used for two education ways. And associated with clinic nursing path, it can increase education effect.
