| Objective①cognitive state of people about tuberculosis(TB)and influence to bad behavior of TB patients by mental interference—defending TB with publicizing,education and mental treatment;②state of TB patients' mentality under free item of TB control;③mental interference can improve their mentality,obedience and effect of treatment or not.Methods 200 TB patients were grouped interfered team(IT)and case comparison team(CT) who selected to free item of TB control in TB clinics of Taiyuan CDC and suburb(county)CDC from 2005,7 to 2005,12.100 persons were selected as health comparison team(HT)who didn't have obvious mental and body diseases as TB patients' accompanists.All of them filled in SCL-90 when diagnosed TB.At the same time IT and CT completed Common State Questionary 1,HT completed Common State Questionary 3.IT filled in SCL-90 and Common State Questionary 2 in the end of 2 months after the mental interference had progressed within strength time(2 months)of TB treatment,CT did so without mental interference in strength time. Statistical methods were t-test and x~2-test.Results 1.The mass of TB patients were lower educated and poorer income people.Peasantry, labor,cadre,student,unemployment and household were in the majority in occupational distributing.Most of them(73.0%)graduated from high school and below high school.The ratio of their family incomes that＜1000 yuan/month were 67.5%.2.The ratio of cogrtizing TB were 74.0%in three teams.Knowledge was got almost by newspaper,magazine,healthy publicizing,talking about TB by others.3.Prognostic investigation on TB:It was distinct(x~2=51.753,6.857,23.143,18.893 P＜0.05)that the difference of answers to questionary in IT before or after strength time of TB treatment(TST),but in CT the difference of answers to the second and the forth questions was not distinct(x~2=3.765,3.368,P＞0.05).4.The result of interfering bad behaviors:The reducing in smoking and drinking after TST in IT was distinct(x~2=6.323,10.756,P＜0.05),but in CT was not(x~2=1.028,1.895,P＞0.05).5.The results of SCL-90:①It was not distinct between HT and internal 1388 heathy persons investigated result(t=-0.426,1.905,-1.875,-0.290,1.034,-1.730,-0.465,-0.526,-0.222,1.405, P＞0.05).②The scores in Positive Symptomatic numbers,Somatization,Depression,Anxiety and Psychoticism of SCL-90 in IT and CT were distinctly higher than in HT(t=8.649,4.738,3.731, 3.171,5.185,P＜0.001).③The difference was not distinct between IT and HT after TST(t=0.314,-0.357,0.361,0.326,-0.658,-0.311,0.450,-0.688,1.243,1.754,P＞0.05).④The scores in Positive Symptomatic numbers,Depression and Anxiety in CT were distinctly higher than in HT(t=3.406,2.127,3.526,P＜0.05).6.The difference of obedience in eating drugs(96.0%,88.0%)was distinct(x~2=4.348, P＜0.05)in TST between IT and CT.In the end of TST,signs of X-ray in lung:the efficient ratios of pathological changes' reducing and the lung's holes' closing or lessening(93.0%,90.4%) in IT were distinctly higher(x~2=3.979,4.466,P＜0.05)than in CT(84.0%,77.9%),but the ratio's difference(96.0%,90.0%)that TB bacilus was negative in sputum was not distinct between IT and CT(x~2=2.765,P＞0.05).Conclusions 1.TB treatment and mental interference could improve the ratio of acknowledging TB and reduce the bad behaviors in TB patients.2.TB patients' mentality is commonly bad in Somatization,Depression,Anxiety and Psychoticism.3.It can make TB patients' mentality come back to normal level and improve the obedience's rate and the total efficient ratio of pathological changes' reducing by TB treatment and mental interference.4.Free item of TB control don't take place mental interference.During controlling TB,mental treatment should be adopt to enhance the obedience's rate and effects of TB treatment. |
