| Ojective In order to search for a reliable clinical indicator used to early diagnose clear cell renal sell carcinoma(CCRCC) and to judge the prognosis of it, we tried to explore the expression of OPN and CD44v6 in the CCRCC,their clinical value and possible mechanism.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used in detecting the expressions of OPN and CD44v6 in 30 CCRCC and 10 non-carcinoma renal tissues.The diversities of expressions of OPN and CD44v6 between non-carcinoma and CCRCC tissues and among various clinical stages and histological grades were closely studied.the relevances of OPN and CD44v6 were also analyzed to explore their possible mechanisms.Results The average area density of expressions of OPN in non-carcinoma tissues was 0.0012370±0.00083481,and in CCRCC was 0.0123903±0.01104629, P<<0.05,the expressions of OPN in CCRCC were obviously higher than in non-carcinoma tissues;The average area density of expressions of CD44v6 in non-carcinoma tissues was 0.0022550±0.00206691,and in CCRCC was 0.0291290±0.02548064, P<<0.05,the expressions of CD44v6 in CCRCC were also obviously higher than in non-carcinoma tissues.There were significant differencese in the expressions of OPN among the CCRCC of various histological grades P=0.042<0.05,and the expressions of OPN in high grade was higher than it in low grade; There were significant differencese in the expressions of CD44v6 among the CCRCC of various clinical stages P=0.034<0.05,and the expressions of CD44v6 in high stage was higher than it in low stage.There was significant positive correlation between the expressions of OPN and CD44v6 in CCRCC tissues, P=0.046<0.05.Conclusions The expressions of OPN and CD44v6 in CCRCC were obviously higher than in non-carcinoma tissues,to part,their were correlated to various histological grades and different clinical stages; There was significant positive correlation between the expressions of OPN and CD44v6 in CCRCC tissues,OPN up-regulated the expressions of it's receptor CD44v6 in CCRCC tissues;the combining detection of OPN and CD44v6 would hopefully became a clinical indication for early dignose and prognosis judge of CCRCC;OPN and CD44v6 maybe would became the new targets of clinical carcinoma treatmeat of CCRCC. |
