Objective: To observe the field planting of Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus acidi-lactici on gaster, jejunal, ileum, ascending colon and decending colon mucous membrane in rats with chronic renal failure, and observe decomposition effect of them on creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid.Methods: The 5/6 nephrectomized rats were randomly assigned to Bacillus bifidus treatment group, Bacillus acidi-lactici treatment group and control group. Sham operated rats were served as normal control. Continuously feed with Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus acidi-lactici for 7days after operations. Body weights of rats in each group were measured before operations,4 weeks after operations,8 weeks after operations and after feeding with bacteria. Creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in serum were detected before operations, before feeding with bacteria and after feeding with bacteria. The rats were executed after feeding with bacteria. Digestive juice of various sites of gastrointestinal tract were remained and Creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in the digestive juice were detected. Mucous membrane of various sites of gastrointestinal tract were remained. Homogenate mucous membrane and smear. After Gram staining observe the glasses and count Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus acidi-lactici in immersion objective. Make correlation analysis between bacteria and micromolecule urotoxins.Results: (1) Body weights were of no significant difference among each group before operation. Growth retardation appeared in each group after operations. Body weights were lighter than sham operation group in each time point. Body weights of two treatment groups were heavier than control group after treatment, but it was of no significant difference (P>0.05). (2) Creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in serum of each group were of no significant difference before operations (P>0.05). Creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in serum of sham operation group had no significant change in the whole experiment (P>0.05). Creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in serum of other groups increased accompanied with time (P<0.05).Before treatment creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in serum of control group and treatment groups were more than sham operation group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between control group and treatment groups(P>0.05).After feeding the rats with bacteria 7days, creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in serum of treatment groups were lower than control group(P<0.05).(3)The number of bacteria in various sites of gastrointestinal tract in control group rats were smaller than sham operation group (P<0.05),and there was of significant difference among each sites of gastrointestinal tract(P<0.05). The number of bacteria in various sites of gastrointestinal tract in treatment groups rats were larger than sham operation group and control group (P<0.05), and there was of significant difference among each sites of gastrointestinal tract(P<0.05), gastric mucosa smallest and decending colon largest.(4) Creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in digestive juice of various sites in control group and treatment groups were more than sham operation group (P<0.05). Creatinine and urea nitrogen in digestive juice of various sites in treatment groups were lower than control group (P<0.05). Uric acid in digestive juice of various sites in treatment groups were lower than control group, but it was not marked(P>0.05).Conclusions:1 There is difference in natural clearance of micromolecule urotoxins in different sites of digestive tract, colon>small intestine>gastric mucosa.2 The natural field planting number of lactobacillus in gastrointestinal tract mucosa of rats with chronic renal failure decreases obviously.3 Exogenous lactobacillus can field plant on gastrointestinal tract mucosa, and there is marked difference in different sites.4 Lactobacillus can decompose micromolecule urotoxins of gastrointestinal tract, and make decrease creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in serum of rats with chronic renal failure.
