Practical Analyses On Innovation Of Management & Operation In Wujin People's Hospital

Recently, the management innovation in hospital is being focused on by the world of hospital management. The study on the innovation of management & operation in hospital was started quite later in our country, as a result the study achievements about it are weak and scattered even many scholars have made active and reasonable research. While the study and practice about the management innovation in hospital abroad is going ahead. The hospital ethics and the community duty are focuses on in management innovation.Wujin People's Hospital is taken as an example in this thesis. The weakness of management & operation in this hospital is analyzed, the existing problems are raised. The related measurements are drawn out, they are (1) innovation in service: to set the service concept, that is to make patient satisfaction; to set "package service", that is to optimize the service procedure; to formulate "sincere service"; to develop the service in knowledge, in humanity; to establish "two-way transferring system", that is to make a cooperation with community hospital and township hospital; to realize the "no holiday hospital". (2) innovation in operation: to establish a total quality management system which is organized by three levels; to implement a management norm which is organized by four grades; to create a quality management mode which is a combination of "expert management" and "management expert". (3) innovation in brand: to make the brand of management culture with "people orientation" ; to conduct the talent strategy and the formulate brand of "famous doctor"; to optimize the technology resources and develop the brand of "technology in leading"; to strengthen management and create the brand of "hospital quality"; to cast the brand of "star hospital". (4) operation strategy, "the service is in grade 3 hospital while the expenditure is in grade 2 hospital", is raised. The Regulation and Testing Method about the Antibiotic graded Using is formulated in order to reduce the patient's burden as well as to reasonably use antibiotic.
