| ObjectiveThe research compared the gastric emptying rate and gastric contracting extent of spleen deficiency syndrome and dampness-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome, discuss the relation of gastric movement obstruction caused by spleen deficiency syndrome or dampness-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome .MothedThe section of documentary researchReviewed partly the understanding of many scholars on gastrointestinal movement obstruction cause by spleen deficiency syndrome or dampness-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome in the past many years ; in addition ,summarized the study methods of gastrointestinal movement , displayed the study methods and tendency of gastriointestinal movement obstruction.Clinical reseachObjective: the patients of chronic gastritis ,123 cases; all of them , Chinese Traditional Medicine style , caused by spleen deficiency syndrome , 58 cases; caused by dampness-heat in spleen and stomach ,65 cases; normal 10 persons .After taking standard meal , measured and compared their gastric emptying rate and gastric contracting extend at once , then , discussed the relation of gastric movement obstruction caused by spleen deficiency syndrome or dampness-heat in spleen and stomach syndrome.Results:Through the comparing of the gastic emptying rate and gastric contracting of spleen deficiency symdrome ,dampness-heat in spleen and stomach, all datum were dealed with statistics , anyone of the two syndrome was compared with normal in 30min and in 60min , the gastric emptying rate and the gastric contracting extend were lower obviously (P＜0. 01), and the gastric emptying rate and gastric contracting of spleen deficiency syndrome was lower obviously (P＜0. 01) than dampness-heat in spleen stomach syndrome , in addition, anyone of the two syndrome , the symdrome is more serious ,the gastric movement obstruction is more obvious , and the dropsy is more obvious , the gastric movement obstruction is more obvious , the difference was very obviously , has the statistics significance. |
