Tianma Gouteng Decotion On The Amelioration Of The Liver Yang Hyperactivity Hypertention Clinical Symptoms And The Effects On The Left Ventriculer Diastolic Dysfunction

Objections" To evaluate Tianma Gouteng Decotion on the amelioration of the-Liver Yang hyperactivity Hypertention clinical symptoms and the effects on the left ventriculer diastolic dysfunct(?)on.Methodes:This is a randomised single-blind study. We enroll the cases who are diagonsed as the Liver Yang hyperactivity Hypertention for the first time and didn't have any depressing blood pressrue medcine before .They were randomized to receive either Tianma Gouteng Decotion granule(twice/d) or Betaloc(Metoprolol)(12.5mg bid) on the base of norvasc(Amlodipine)(5mg qd)in 1:1 ratio for 4 weeks. Clinical symptoms is evaluated in half-quantity cents way. Doppler echocardiography transmittal folw velocity during early diasto1e(E),atrial contration (A) and E/A evaluate the left ventriculer diastolicfunction, The clinical symptoms cents, transmitral folw velocity during early diastole(E),E/A are compared within each group before and after being treated, and. between the two groups after being treated.ResultS: Complete patients is 60, each group is 30 cases. There are significant difference (P＜0.05) in fhe clinical symptoms cents of Tianma Gouteng Decotion group before and after being treated (14.40±4.46 vs 5.96±3.58), also compared with Betaloc(10.90±3.66).There are no significant difference (P＞0.05) in the cases whose diastolc funtionrenewed normal between Tianma Gouteng Decotion group(11 cases) and Betaloc group(10 cases).Within the Tianma Gouteng Decotion group before and after being treated, E value increased, E/A also increased,there are significant difference (P＜0.01) in E (0.67±0.16 VS 0.76±0.16), E/A (0.76±0.10 VS 0.94±0.20). A value dicreasd, thers is significant difference(P＜0.05)between before and after being treated.Conclusions: Tianma Gouteng Decotion granule(twice/d) increase transmitral folw velocity during early diastole(E) ,decrease atrial contration (A) and improve E/A, ameliotate the Liver Yang hyperactivity Hypertention the left ventriculer diastolic function, the effect is like Betaloc (12.5mg bid),also distinct ameliotate clinical symptoms and better than Betaloc group.
