Objective The aim of the study was to assess the effect and safety ofTraditional Chinese Medicine which activating blood to resolve stagnationcombined with antithrombotic therapy by observing the effect and safety ofTraditional Chinese Medicine which activating blood to resolve stagnationcombined with antithrombotic therapy with ACS patients.Method The basic constitute and adverse reactions of Traditional ChineseMedicine which activating blood to resolve stagnation with ACS patients inthe past four years in cardiovascular department were retrospectivelyanalysed. The application such as proportion and days of Chinese patentmedicine injection which activating blood to resolve stagnation wereretrospectively analysed. 66 patients with ACS were randomly assigned to threegroups, the control group or the Danshen Injection group or the DanshenInjection combined with Chuanxiong injection group. The control group wastreated with the injection that are not capable of activating blood toresolve stagnation combined with antithrombotic therapy. The Dansheninjection group was treated with the Danshen injection combined withantithrombotic therapy. The Danshen Injection combined with Chuanxionginjection group was treated with the Danshen injection and Chuanxionginjection group combined with antithrombotic therapy. The effect and safetyof three groups were observed and compared.Result The Research showed that Traditional Chinese Medicine which activatingblood to resolve stagnation used by ACS patients in the past four years incardiovascular department were based on the GuanxinⅡDecoction. Theadverse reactions were infrequency so the patients could accept the drugs. The Chinese patent medicine injection which activating blood to resolvestagnation could markedly improve the clinical symptoms and sign of ACSpatients(P<0.05) after treatment, the mortality is 2.8%, the total effectiverate is 93.6%, the adverse reactions were infrequency and there are no fatalcardiovascular affairs, no adverse reactions toke place when two kinds ofTraditional Chinese Medicine which activating blood to resolve stagnationsimultaneously, ln the perspective study, all the three groups could improvethe hemorheology of ACS patients(P<0.05), and the Danshen Injection combinedwith Chuanxiong injection group could markedly improve the hemorheology ofACS patients(P<0.01), all three groups could improve symptoms and clinicalprognosis, and the two groups treated by the Traditional Chinese Medicine whichactivating blood to resolve stagnation were more obvious. No abnormal changein routine blood test and routine urine test and function test of liver andkidney and thrombin after treatment, in the Danshen Injection group one fatalhemorrhage affair and one ischemic affair toke place. Conclusion The management of Traditional Chinese Medicine which activatingblood to resolve stagnation combined with antithrombotic therapy wereeffective and it could obtain satisfactory clinical effect, totally, it was saftin the group which combined with two kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicinewhich activating blood to resolve stagnation, but it must systematicallyevaluate the benefit and risk in elderly patients. As concerning with theACS patients that not elderly and not trend to bleeding, it was salt to combinewith two kinds of Chinese patent medicine injections which ctivating bloodto resolve stagnation simultaneously, and it could strengthen effect, butshould not increase the risk of hemorrhage and other side effect. So we shouldfollow the individual principle and master indications flexiblely when we useTraditional Chinese Medicine which activating blood to resolve stagnation.
