[Objective] To observe the level of p38MAPK (TpY180/182 )after stimulated by LPS in the PBMC of HBV infected and estate the relationship of p38MAPK with the HBV duplications,inflammation,genotype,IL-18 and HGF of serum.[Methods]â‘ The experimental samples were selected from out-patients and in-patients in the department of infectious disease of the first affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical College.The total were 71.The patients were divided into five groups according to HBV serum antigen and antibody,the level of HBV-DNA and ALT.A group: HBsAg(+),HBeAg(-),HBcAb(+),ALT<40U/L15cases; B group: HBsAg(+),HBeAg(-),HBcAb(+),ALT>40U/L12cases ; C group: HBsAg(+),HBeAg(+),HBcAb(+),ALT<40U/L 20cases; D group: HBsAg(+),HBeAg(+),HBcAb(+),ALT>40U/L24 cases; E group: the persons without HBV infected, control group ,10 cases.â‘¡The peripheral blood mononuclear cells were separated from human venous blood . The level of p38(pTpY180/182) were detected after the cells being stimulated by LPS. p38(pTpY180/182) contents were detected with quantitive ELISA.[Results]The every group vs control group have statistical difference in the level of p38(pTpY180/182) after being stimulated by LPS (Kruskal Wallis Test, p<0.05). But the level of p38(pTpY180/182) has no statistical difference among group between HBeAg(+)HBV Infected Patients and HBeAg(-) HBV Infected Patients .The different amont of HBV,HBeAg(+)group and HBeAg(-) group vs control group have no obvious correlation.(Spearman anlysis).[Conclusions] 1.The p38 level of phosphorylation have obvious difference in the PBMCs of HBV infected control group, regardless of seroimmunity maker,the level of HBV-DNA and ALT. 2.The p38 M APK signal pathway is inhibited in HBV infected Patients.But there is no obvious differences betwent HBeAg(+)group and HBeAg(-) group .3. The p38 level of phosphorylation have obvious difference betwent high virus load group and low virus load group group in HBV infected Patients,as well as different genotype.4. The p38 level of phosphorylation have no correlation among the HBeAg,HBsAg,IL-18 and HGF of serum. |
