Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot With Kangmaiâ…¢ Capsule

The diabete's foot (Diabetic Foot is abbreviated as DF) is a complication with the diabetic disease. DF is the chronic progressing disease that causes damage to nerve, bloodvessel, skin, tendon, even skeleton and necrosis to foot of the patients eventually. It is important factor that makes the sufferers disable. Kangmaiâ…¢Capsule comes from tutor LiLing Gen Professor, who have been using it to treat peripheral vascular disease such as DF etc. for 20 years and summarized the clinical findings and gets a favorable curative achievement. In this project, We selecte 40～75 year-old's patients as the samples in accord with the DF diagnostic standard and use Kangmaiâ…¢Capsule to treat DF, then we study this medicine's mechanism of the therapy about treating DF, analyse and appraise Kangmaiâ…¢clinical curative effect synthetically. The method as follows: We selected 40 patients treated by Kangmaiâ…¢Capsule as therapeutic group and other 20 patients treated by Tongsaimai tablet as control group. And we observed the changes of the patients' symptom, physical sign, blood-fat, hemodynamic, ET, TXB₂, 6-K-PGF₁αin plasma before and after the treatment. Results showed that Kangmaiâ…¢Capsule could obviously lowers patient DF plasma ET, TXB₂ and raise NO, 6-K-PGF₁α, and was superior to control group in this aspect. The Consult is that after treating with Kangmaiâ…¢Capsule, there had notable improvements in ET, NO, TXB₂, 6-K-PGF₁αin patient's plasma. So we can draw a conelusion : Kangmaiâ…¢plays a positive role in the treatment of DF.
