Kangmai 3 Capsule Treats Diabetes Foot Clinical Research

The diabetes foot (Diabetic Foot is abbreviated as : DF) is a complication with the diabetic.DF is the chronic progressive disease that cause damage to nerve,blood vessel,skin,tendon,even skeleton and necrosis eventually. It is the important factor that the diabetes disables^[1]. Kangmai 3 Capsule comes from tutor LiLingGen Professor summarized the clinical observations about 20 years, used to treating for peripheral vascular disease such as DF etc and gained favorable curative effect.The research selected 40-70 years old patients in accord with the DF diagnostie standard as the samples dopting Kangmai 3 Capsule to therapy DF so as to study this medicine's treatment mechanism in treating DF,analyse and appraise its clinical curative effect synthetically.Method:We selected 20 patients treated by Kangmai 3 Capsule as therapeutic group and other 20 patients treated by Tongsaimai tablet as control group.And we observed the changes before and after the treatment with the patients'symptom,physical sign,blood-fat,hemodynamics, ET in blood, TXB₂, 6-K-PGF_1α and plasma.endotheliocytic active factor. Results showed Kangmai 3 Capsule could obviously lower patient DF plasma ET, TXB₂ and raise NO, 6-K-PGF_1α and was superior to control group. Conlusion:After treating by Kangmai 3 Capsule, there had notable improvements in ET, NO, TXB₂ , 6-K-PGF_1α with patient plasma. So we can draw a conclusion of DF, thus plays a positive role in the treatment of DF.
