Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy with finger cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods: Forty-four patients with CSR were treated, in which 22 patients used the acupuncture therapy with finge (as therapeutic group) and the others used acupuncture (as control group). The changes of symptom, physical sign and pain of two groups were analyzed before and after treatment.Results: 1.Both the two groups have good clinic effect,and there were not difference between the two groups on therapeutic effect (P>0.05,P>0.05). 2.There was no difference between the two groups on change the integral of clinic symptom and sign and the symptomatic integral of TCM(P>0.05,P>0.05). 3.There was no difference between the two groups on relieving pain (P>0.05).Conclusion: There is certain therapeutic effect in CSR with the acupuncture therapy with finge. It has the effect of acupuncture and massage.And this traditional therapy is fit for the mass with convenient manipulation and opposite economy and safety, especially for the patients with fearing acupuncture therapy.
