| Objectives: To analyze the clinical characteristics and explor the differences of risk factors with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) between Korean and Han women.Methods: Retrospectively analyzed 135 cases of Korean and 128 cases of Han femal with AMI from 2000 to 2006.The patients'clinical data, including age, medical histories, clinical symptoms and signs, risk factors, in-hospital time, Killip class, infarction region, related test results, therapies and causes of death were analyzed as well as their relationship.Results: The cases of AMI in-hospital was increased between two nationalities femal in recent 2 years.The mean age of AMI was similar, and the peack age of AMI declined 10 years in Han, but there was no differences. In risk Fsctots of AMI, the rate of smoker was higher in Han than Korean (P<0.001), but the rate of hypertension was higher in Korean than Han (P<0.05). Hypertension, hyperlipemia and diabetes are the most important risk factors in Korean women, whereas hypertension,hyperlipemia, current smoking and diabetes are the most important risk factors in Han women. The clinical characteristics was no differences between two natianonalities. The rate of early hospitalized and thrombolysis therapy were lower in two natianonalities. Infection of lung was the most hospital infection, and in-hospital mortality was 20.7% in Korean and was 14.06% in Han women.Conduslolas: The clinical characteristics was no differences,but the risk factors of AMI were different between Korean and Han women, it was associated with different habit of living between two nationalities.. |
