Objective:The lung cancer is the serious harm humanity health malignant tumor, because the lung cancer disease incidence rate is high, 5 years survival percentage is very low, is only 10%-15%, therefore the research lung cancer occurrence, the development and the treatment have become a current research hot spot, the molecular biology mechanism research results which occurs to the lung cancer are in particular remarkable, enriched enormously has had the process understanding to the lung cancer.Epidermis growth factor acceptor (Epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR) as well as the Egyptian this protein (formerly also was called cytovillin, p81 or villin-2) was the recent people studies many two kind of protein. EGFR is original cancer gene c-erbB-1 expresses the product, appears the high expression in the majority entity tumor, causes the cell growth fission the proceed signal conduction to lose the regulation.The EGFR research mainly concentrates in the lung cancer, pate tumor, breast cancer, carcinoma of urinary bladder.Egyptian this protein (Ezrin) is the Egyptian this protein, the root protein and membrane suddenly protein one of (ezrin-radixin-moesin, ERM) family members, mainly participates in the epithelial cell between the cell skeleton and the amnion connection, has the maintenance cellular form and the movement, the connection adheres molecular and the adjustment signal extension leads and so on the functions. EGFR and Ezrin have the expression in the majority malignant tumors, like esophagus cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer and so on.EGFR and the Ezrin expression and the tumor occurrence, the development, the tumor pathology graduation, the organization type, the tumor shift, has by stages any type relations, has become the people to study the discussion the object.This experiment through observes Ezrin and EGFR in the lung cancer, the cancer as well as normal tissue's expression situation further discusses it to have in the development function and the clinical significance in the lung cancer.Method:The specimen takes from the Hebei medical college attached fourth hospital from October, 2006 to February, 2007 by the lung cancer radical cure or appeases the excision , which was diagnosed after pathology department doctor.They are 55 pou lung cancer , 46 pou lateral architecture of cancers and 10 pou normal lung architecture. Among them, masculine 49 examples, feminine 6 examples, age 47-72 year old, average age 56±8.62 years old.In which according to TNM by stages I issue of 6 examples, II issue of 39 examples, III issue of 10 examples, lymph node shift masculine gender 49 examples, lymph node shift negative 6 examples.According to pathology type sqca 29 examples, adenoca 22 examples, small cancer 4 examples.All case of illness even convention HE dyeing is clear about the pathological diagnosis, for first surgery, before which without any anti-tumor treatment.Detect 55 pou lung cancer , 46 pou lateral architecture of cancers (is apart from cancer edge from <3cm) as well as 10 pou normal lung architecture ( to be away from >5cm) in the specimen Ezrin and EGFR expression level with the SP immunohistochemistry, and compares with the clinical parameter.Results1 The masc rate in lung cancer about EGFR is 80%,and 65.45% in lateral cancer architecture,20% in normal tissue,which are significant deviation (p<0.05).The masc rates in normal tissue,the lateral cancer architecture and the lung cancer tissue are elevated gradually.2 when lymph metastasis was concered, EGFR expression in the cancer with lymph metastasis(85.71%) were higher than those without node metastasis (33.33%).Al so, we saw that EGFR expression of the elder groups (91.00%) were higher than those of the younger groups (30%) in the different age groups by 60 year,the contrasts are significant (p<0.05).3 There were no obviously difference in the masc rate of EGFR protein expression in the lung cancer among the sex groups, differentiated degree and TNM stage, smoking factor,architecture category (P>0. 05).4 There was a significant difference(P<0.05)expression of Ezrin in the lung cancer (70.91%)and lateral cancer tissue(32.73%),normal tissue(20%). The masc rates in normal tissue,the lateral cancer architecture and the lung cancer tissue are elevated gradually.5 when lymph metastasis was concered, Ezrin expression in the cancer with lymph metastasis(77.55%) were higher than those without node metastasis (16.67%). Contrast is significant(p<0.05).6 There were no obviously difference in the masc rate of Ezrin protein expression in the lung cancer among the sex groups, the different age groups, differentiated degree and TNM stage, smoking factor,architecture category (P>0. 05).7 There was no positive correlation between EGFR and Ezrin protein expression in the lung cancer (P=0.383 ).Conclusion1 EGFR and Ezrin take part in the carcinogenesis and development.2 The high expressions of EGFR suggestion the high invasion and lympg metabasis.3 Homoexpress of Ezrin has the close relationship to the infiltrate and metabasis of lung carcinoma.4 The combination detection of EGFR and Ezrin have the positive reference of the judge of malignant phenotype.
